About the Role: We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls to customers and providing top-notch technology solutions to empower businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and engaging in general conversations around solutions and product areas.
• Utilize various sources to gain information on customers and maximize call potential and outcomes through inside selling and upselling techniques.
• Manage customers' requests through our ticketing tool, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with prior experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Advanced Italian language skills and intermediate English language skills.
