Sales Business Developer

As a Sales Representative for ADP in Italy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment. Your role will involve creating and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for the company. You will work closely with the pre-sales team to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients and close deals within a 4-6 month sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a business plan within the framework of the company's overall strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Work with the pre-sales team to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Closely monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with a service-based offering, preferably in technology or HR
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and managing a varied pipeline
- Experience selling to mid-market companies with over 200 employees
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop targeted sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
