Job Description

As a Sales Representative for ADP in Italy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment. Your role will involve creating and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for the company. You will work closely with the pre-sales team to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients and close deals within a 4-6 month sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a business plan within the framework of the company's overall strategy
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Work with the pre-sales team to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with a service-based offering, preferably in technology or HR
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and managing a varied pipeline
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies with over 200 employees
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
