The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team.

This leadership role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving hotel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency and productivity.
  • SUPERVISE AND TRAIN FRONT OFFICE PERSONNEL
  • Manage the front office budget and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate room status information and communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Work collaboratively with the Night Audit team to review daily reports and forecasts.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervising hotel reception, with expertise in cash management, accounting procedures, and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
  • Familiarity with Hyatt standards and policies.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
