Responsabilità

In qualità di impiegato addetto al controllo qualità, sarai responsabile di gestire e migliorare le procedure di quality control del sito produttivo, garantendo la conformità agli standard aziendali e alle normative vigenti.

Attività
  • Impostare e implementare procedure, standard di processo e di prodotto e specifiche di controllo qualità per il sito produttivo.
  • Gestire le schede tecniche del prodotto, garantendo il tracking del prodotto finito e dei suoi componenti.
  • Monitorare i processi produttivi e logistici per verificare l'applicazione dei protocolli e il rispetto delle procedure predefinite.
  • Pianificare e condurre attività di quality assurance e verifiche ispettive interne.
  • Analizzare ed elaborare i dati relativi alla customer satisfaction e alla qualità attesa dal cliente.
  • Valutare i fornitori esterni e assicurarsi che siano conformi ai requisiti tecnici di qualità.
  • Raccogliere dati e produrre report statistici per monitorare le performance.
  • Implementare strumenti e sistemi di misurazione, tecniche di campionamento, controllo statistico dei processi, ispezioni, controllo del materiale non conforme.
Requisiti

Il candidato ideale possiede:

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche (tecnologie e scienze alimentari o similari).
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in posizioni analoghe nel settore food surgelato, preferibilmente nel comparto panetteria / pasticceria / bakery.
  • Conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche e produttive del prodotto surgelato da forno.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di un'azienda di produzione e commerciale nel frozen food.
  • Capacità di analisi dei dati.
  • Esperienza in processi di certificazione BRC, IFS, HCCP, ISO e di gestione audit.
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione della qualità.
  • Competenza in analisi dei processi dell'industria alimentare.
  • Conoscenza degli standard di qualità e delle normative vigenti.
