Job Title: Senior Project Planner

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to join our team. As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, cost overruns, and scope changes.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Provide regular project schedule updates to stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with procurement and contract management teams to ensure project schedules are aligned with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and OdyC.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of railway industry products and technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
