At Emd, we're committed to creating a culture of innovation and excellence. As our Operational Excellence Associate Director, you'll play a key role in driving strategic advancements within our site and global strategy. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence through the identification, approval, and implementation of site roadmaps.

With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and a passion for process improvement, you'll work closely with our leadership team to promote a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering standardization and implementing lean tools across our site.

We're looking for a leader who can model the development of leadership behaviors, coach our organization, and provide training on lean knowledge and mindset. If you're a curious and innovative thinker with a passion for driving change, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an overview of site performances and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement site roadmaps to drive strategic advancements
  • Promote a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
  • Foster standardization and implement lean tools across the site
  • Model leadership behaviors and coach the organization

Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
  • Strong background in process improvement and change management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
