Customer Success Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our Enterprise Italy-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our Enterprise customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health scores to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian and English skills.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving high renewal/retention rates.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets in a similar capacity over the past few years.
  • Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
