We are seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Director to join our team at Lionard. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the luxury real estate industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics.

This is a full-time position based in Italy, offering a competitive salary between €36,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus a variable bonus of up to €250,000. You must have a valid real estate license and proficiency in English.

Job Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a structured real estate context;
  • Prioritization of initiative, commercial spirit, and customer orientation;
  • Analytical approach, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to change;
  • Licensed as a real estate agent;
  • English language at Professional level;
  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or law preferred.
