At Tagetik Software S.r.l., we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Analytics Manager to lead our business intelligence initiatives and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce.com, Python, and SQL, with expertise in leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources.

As a key member of our Corporate Performance & ESG division, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for leveraging business intelligence and analytics to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for supporting data-driven decision making and providing strategic insights through reporting and analysis around key performance metrics across different areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategic plans for leveraging business intelligence and analytics to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  3. PowerBI Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on PowerBI, leading the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that enable users to access and interpret complex data effectively.
  4. Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data across all systems and processes.
  5. Performance Monitoring and KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to monitor business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to understand their data and analytics needs and deliver actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  7. Team Leadership: Take ownership of high priority projects/programs and drive program delivery and stakeholder management. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor's or advanced degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years relevant work experience with Business Intelligence tools and sales-related analytical functions.
  3. 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com, Python, and SQL.
  4. Experience in working with analysts to develop models for forecasting, regression analysis, monitor key metrics, root cause analysis for changes in metrics, building and analyzing dashboards and reports.
  5. Experience in building key data sets for operational and exploratory analysis, proposing what to build in the roadmap, understanding trends and behaviors and identifying new levers to improve metrics.
  6. Proven track record of success in implementing business intelligence strategies and driving insights-driven decision-making processes aligning with best practices and industry standards in PowerBI within a SaaS environment.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at a senior level, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive results in a dynamic environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  9. Snowflake knowledge is a plus.
  10. Fluency in English. Any additional language is a plus.
