**Role Summary**: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Lombardy, Lazio. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
• Develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis
• Manage a team of senior executives, supporting their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations
• Collaborate with government sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at different institutions
• Build consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Business leaders through scientific engagements and effective coverage
**Requirements**:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant medical device sales experience
• Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills
• Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language
• Intermediate level of English
