Per raggiungere l'obiettivo di rendere i luoghi di lavoro sempre più sicuri, stiamo cercando un Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione con una propensione per l'azione che possa fare un passo aggiuntivo per garantire la Salute e Sicurezza in tutto il Magazzino.
La posizione è una figura cruciale nel dipartimento di Salute e Sicurezza, che riporterà direttamente al Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione.

Responsabilità Principali
  1. Effettuare Valutazioni del Rischio e verificare l'implementazione delle misure di controllo fino al loro completamento.
  2. Effettuare report giornalieri sulle metriche interne e riportare le deviazioni.
  3. Approfondire i dati sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, come indice infortunistico e Near Miss.
  4. Fare leva sulla tua conoscenza della normativa e procedure Amazon per effettuare attività di auditing e consigliare i dipendenti.
  5. Diventare esperto nella tua specifica area di competenza mantenendo la confidenzialità delle informazioni.
  6. Monitorare continuamente l'ambiente lavorativo mantenendo un'alta attenzione sul rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza.
  7. Supportare nell'investigare incidenti e near miss al fine di determinarne la causa radice.
  8. Sviluppare piani d'azione per assicurare continuamente la cogenza normativa.
  9. Comportarsi sempre in modo professionale mantenendo la confidenzialità delle informazioni durante le indagini.
  10. Garantire flessibilità per l'orario per il completamento delle indagini, disponibile a lavorare su turni compresi weekend.
  11. Supportare il magazzino attraverso l'utilizzo di strumenti specifici e piattaforme informatiche.
  12. Supportare il magazzino attraverso la formazione continua su temi di salute e sicurezza.
Un Giorno nel Lavoro
  1. Verificare le informazioni del turno precedente.
  2. Mettere in pratica le routine giornaliere, settimanali o mensili.
  3. Fare audit nel magazzino in tutte le sue aree operative.
  4. Confrontarsi quotidianamente con Operations per verificare l'attuazione delle procedure di sicurezza.
  5. Supervisione e verifica del sistema gestionale sulla sicurezza.
REQUISITI MINIMI
  1. Essere in possesso di qualifica di ASPP.
  2. Laurea nel settore Sicurezza, Ingegneria o altri campi specifici e tra i 6 mesi - 1 anno di esperienza lavorativa nel settore Sicurezza (incluso esperienze di stage).
  3. Come alternativa ai requisiti tecnici può essere considerata Diploma di scuola superiore e minimo 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di ASPP/RSPP in ambiti produttivi.
  4. Comprensione delle normative in ambito di sicurezza.
  5. Meticolosa cura ed attenzione ai dettagli.
  6. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto la minima supervisione.
  7. Abilità di lavorare per obbiettivi e scadenze.
  8. Buone capacità comunicative, verbali e scritte.
  9. Livello minimo di inglese A2.
  10. Proattività e capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto office.
REQUISITI PREFERITI
  1. Qualifica/esperienza in Lean, 5S e Kaizen.
  2. Dimostrazione dell'abilità di imparare velocemente con nuovi processi e procedure.
  3. Essere flessibili ed adattabili, lavorare su turni.
  4. Lavorare in squadra e contribuire ad un ambiente positivo.
  5. Avere entusiasmo ed auto motivazione.
  6. Conoscere o avere esperienza con Gensuite o altri applicativi EHS.
  7. Parlare e scrivere in modo fluente in Inglese ed Italiano.
