Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced flight simulation systems' models and control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Develop and integrate complex flight simulation systems and aircraft system and subsystem models for pilot training and advanced design. Design and optimize flight control systems, including autopilot and stability augmentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of flight simulators and control systems to ensure performance and reliability. Utilize simulation software and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methods to validate system functionality.
- Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates on existing models and control systems. Implement significant upgrades and enhancements to improve system performance and incorporate new technologies.
- Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for flight simulation systems. Conduct advanced training sessions for end-users, including pilots and maintenance personnel, on the operation and maintenance of developed flight systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronic/TLC Engineering
- 3-5 years of professional experience in AI development, avionics, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models for complex scenarios
- Experience in leading the development of simulation systems for training purposes
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience in developing and integrating AI-based systems
- Familiarity with avionics systems and aerospace industry standards
- Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
- Experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
