We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our US team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email and chat, addressing their queries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. You will be the first point of contact for our US customers, and your primary goal will be to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to our US customers via email and chat.
  • Address customer queries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our customer support processes to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase.
  • Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.

Added Values:

  • Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian.

Location:

We believe in full-remote work, and you will be free to work from anywhere in the world. However, you will have the option to work from our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices if you prefer.
