In Eni, stiamo cercando un Project Planner Specialist che possa lavorare all'interno dell'unità Engineering & Projects di Plenitude. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di predisporre le schedule di progetto e elaborare le relative analisi degli scostamenti, assicurando un controllo generale e complessivo delle attività inerenti al progetto durante la fase esecutiva.

Il Project Planner Specialist lavorerà in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, dove potrà sviluppare le proprie competenze e contribuire al successo di Eni. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente con i colleghi e i clienti.

Le principali responsabilità del Project Planner Specialist includono:

  • Predisporre le schedule di progetto e elaborare le relative analisi degli scostamenti;
  • Assicurare un controllo generale e complessivo delle attività inerenti al progetto durante la fase esecutiva;
  • Supportare il project manager nei processi di risk management e elaborare le necessarie analisi probabilistiche di rischio e di earned value;
  • Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento lavori e evidenziare eventuali criticità;
  • Consolidare KPI e lessons learned in fase di chiusura.

Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, dove potrà sviluppare le proprie competenze e contribuire al successo di Eni. Il Project Planner Specialist lavorerà in un team di professionisti esperti e sarà in grado di comunicare efficacemente con i colleghi e i clienti.

Le qualifiche richieste per il ruolo di Project Planner Specialist includono:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in attività di project planning su progetti energetici (upstream/downstream/rinnovabili) e in contesti complessi;
  • Conoscenza dei principali software di planning (Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project) e del pacchetto MS Office;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
