Job Description

The Guest Service Line Agent is responsible for complying with the daily operations of the department, attending all customer requests through the telephone line, and committing to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.

They will efficiently manage all guest requests, personalize their stay, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.

The Customer Service Ambassador will inform and offer customers services and products according to their preferences, both in the hotel and in the destination, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize the hotel's extra revenues.
