Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Export Documentation Specialist to assist our Supply Chain team in planning, creating, and communicating market programs for the European and international markets. This role is an internship from September to end of March, with the possibility of being based in Bologna or Aprilia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in creating European and Overseas market orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all loading plans provided are accurate and communicate them to suppliers.
- Collaborate with the team to create the European loading plan for the European Market.
- Assist the Supply Chain team with other duties as required.
Requirements
- Administration experience.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI).
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Logistics or export experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate well in English (both written and verbal) and French or Spanish is an asset.
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent.
