Business Analyst Senior

CRIF, a leading international group specializing in information solutions, decision-making models, and consulting services, is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Senior to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in studies to evaluate business requirements and identify suitable solutions, ensuring replicability and scalability.
  • Identify and formalize business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, including business representatives, functional representatives, and IT teams.
  • Interface with software developers to explain solutions and monitor software development progress.
  • Develop new analyses using Business Intelligence tools and prepare demos of solutions to support pre-sales activities.
  • Support post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions and prepare communications on system enhancements and alternatives.
  • Operate in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, adhering to established quality standards and schedules.
  • Contribute to team goals by integrating work with peers and promoting a teamwork attitude, respecting execution plans.
  • Plan and define test cases, drafting of documents, and involvement in execution and test management capabilities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of functional analysis and testing procedures.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good relational skills and flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management Engineering.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
