**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Manager
**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Interventional Oncology team in Central-East Italy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and self-management skills, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers, including procedures in the operating room
• Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and other stakeholders
**Requirements:**
• Health Sciences academic studies background
• At least 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, or background in oncology or radiology products or clinical support
• Experience supporting procedures in the operating room is valuable
• Local Customers & market knowledge
• Good level in English
