We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at F7Ash. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the success of our store
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Proactively manage stock and backroom operations to maintain a smooth and efficient store environment
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus
- Self-motivation and positive attitude, with strong selling techniques
- Excellent customer focus, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
