About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team at IQVIA LLC. As a Sponsor Dedicated Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for performing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. You will also support the development of a subject recruitment plan, evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices, and manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Support the development of a subject recruitment plan to ensure timely and efficient recruitment of study participants.
  • Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions to ensure timely and efficient completion of studies.
  • Collaborate with experts at study sites and with client representatives to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • University Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
  • CRA Certification as required by Ministerial Decree.
  • Experience in the Pharma Industry and/or Clinical Trials environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Driver's license class B.
