About The Role:
The Expediter/Inspector performs inspection activities to guarantee supply conformity against contractual requirements during Purchase Order execution. Responsibilities include:
- Performing key inspection visits and issuing VPM Project deliverables.
- Reporting quality or production issues identified in workshops.
- Monitoring supplier progress and expediting VPM Project deliverables.
- Highlighting potential critical path events and requesting corrective actions.
- Performing shop surveys for new supplier evaluations/qualifications.
- Supervising suppliers' quality control activities and production schedules.
- Contributing to supplier and inspection agency performance evaluations.
- Chairing, checking, and approving VPM Project deliverables.
- Actively monitoring and reporting workload to the Resource Management team.
About You:
We're looking for a candidate with a high school diploma, at least 5+ years of experience, strong mobility, and leadership attitude. Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with team spirit and a delivery/results-driven mindset. Knowledge of main packages in a plant and basic design concepts is required. Fluency in English is necessary, and fit-to-work knowledge of main operating systems is a plus.
