**Job Summary**

Ge Vernova is seeking a highly skilled Aero Alliance Program Manager to lead the technical development of our Aero shops network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the industrialization and execution of insourcing projects, new capabilities implementation, and productivity initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute insourcing projects, new capabilities implementation, and utilization initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual projects deck and blue-print period, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute productivity projects in the network to improve repair processes and reduce costs.
  • Develop and execute new qualification projects for assembly, disassembly, and repair insourcing activities.
  • Collaborate with SOP, Repair Engineering, and Shops to fulfill repair development needs.
  • Work with the supply chain to optimize productivity and scout opportunities for improvement.
  • Study multi-business repair synergies to minimize investment and optimize productivity.
  • Support the definition of the investment plan for the following year and blue-print period, working closely with the shops and regions.
  • Support repair processes qualification on external facilities and define partnership possibilities.
  • Manage external vendor technical qualification programs.
  • Perform vendor performance analysis and technical gap analysis.
  • Support sourcing SQE activities and scout new repair job opportunities.
  • Actively participate in Business Governance Team review rhythms, leading technical initiatives and coordinating resolution of technical issues as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven years of experience in component manufacturing or repair and overhaul environment, with expertise in turbo-machinery (Aeroderivative gas turbine, Heavy Duty gas turbines).
  • Extensive experience within the BH/GE repair business.
  • Ability to lead teams in complex projects and work with local and remote resources.
  • Strong program/project management skills and ability to prioritize business requirements.
