Job Summary
The Sales Associate is a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for Hermès. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury goods and have excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist clients in finding the perfect product, providing personalized service and ensuring a memorable customer experience.
* Develop and maintain a customer portfolio, fostering loyalty and establishing long-term relationships.
* Provide product knowledge and support customers with aftersales product care suggestions.
* Participate in customers' events and animations, showcasing the brand's expertise and passion.
* Maintain a professional and dynamic work environment, collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferably with a fashion or linguistic focus.
* Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an advantage.
* Professional background in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury good boutique.
* Proficient with Excel and IT tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Availability, flexibility, and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment.
