  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist in creating internal and external financial reporting, including statements and forecasts
  • Business Partnering and Decision Support
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to business partners and senior management
  • Enable fact-based decision-making by defining, analyzing, and creating transparency on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Corporate Accounting
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closures, including consolidation tasks
  • Perform financial analysis of balance sheets and support the preparation of internal and external financial reporting
  • Project Management and Transformation Support
  • Support the execution of selected projects with strategic, transformation, or digitalization projects within your team area and/or cross-functionally
  • Plan, monitor, and report project-related activities and prepare comprehensive communication to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration, Economics, or Finance with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related fields
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, MicroStrategy, and Power BI is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp tasks quickly
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus
