Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Potenza, Italy. As a Sales Representative - Store Activator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station accounts in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales of Red Bull products in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in FMCG or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively (70-80%).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
