About the Role
We are looking for an Environmental Sustainability Specialist who is interested in joining the Operations Sustainability Environment and Energy Department. The role reports to the Industrial Sustainability Environment & Energy Manager and contributes to the achievement of results towards our ambitious Global targets for industrial sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the environmental and energy legal compliance to achieve and maintain ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
- Monitor environmental emissions and industrial waste of Pozzuolo Martesana production site, providing support to the operational lines in pursuing sustainability opportunities and projects to reach the Group goals.
- Monitor energy consumption, both externally supplied and internally measured, promoting all collaborations and projects to ensure the achievement of energy efficiency and decarbonisation objectives.
- Support the development of mid-long term plan for balancing environmental matrices (energy, water, waste and emissions).
- Contribute to the training on environmental and energy topics.
Requirements
- Master's Degree background in Environmental Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Environmental Studies or related field.
- Real desire for international mobility.
- True passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Similar relevant experience is a plus.
