Job Description:

The Senior Global Communications Coordinator will be a key member of our team, responsible for handling daily press office activities, including media relations, celebrity and influencer outreach, and working with local teams internationally and third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle communications, strategies, and operations related to PR and celebrities.
  • Strengthen existing media relationships and build new ones with key media, working with them to secure feature-length coverage and raise brand awareness.
  • Support the creation of global monthly coverage reports, analyzing coverage, and provide a comprehensive global view of coverage against goals.
  • Work across teams, including digital marketing, editorial, social media, commercial, and partner suppliers, to identify newsworthy stories from our global network.
  • Write and distribute press packs and imagery.
  • Coordinate one intern, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Participate in the activation of events, contributing to planning and execution.
  • Manage contracts and procedures related to suppliers, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
About You:

We are looking for someone with some experience working in the press office of a global brand or at an agency. You should have started to establish some personal relationships with global media contacts across print and online titles. You should also have demonstrated an interest in and have awareness of the global luxury fashion industry and media landscape.

You should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks. A positive attitude and being a team player are essential.
