Located in the heart of Portofino, Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is a true gem of hospitality excellence. Our esteemed hotel boasts an elevated escape perched in the protected Portofino hills, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Tigullio and charming Portofino.

We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming season (2025). The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering authentic luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

  • The successful candidate will coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions
  • Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in monitoring housekeeping procedures
  • Collaborate with all departments for daily activities

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and emotional intelligence
  • Collaboration: ability and willingness to work as a team player
  • Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
  • Global perspective: treat colleagues with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background

Additional requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Italian speaker and good knowledge of English
  • Detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of LQA standards

Benefits:

  • A seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path
  • Monthly gross salary around €2,050, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR
  • Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
