About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Facile. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and marketing, to understand their needs and priorities
  • Communicate complex technical findings and model results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with data engineers to deploy models in production, manage their lifecycle, and improve our MLOps pipelines for efficiency and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions in the field of machine learning
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, including popular libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and database management systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
