The Role

  • Lead the sales team to achieve daily goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to ensure they meet customer service standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • University degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and German.
