Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team at ION. As a key member of our Governance, Risk and Compliance Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of information security and associated controls, risk management, and compliance with relevant control standards, regulation, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise governance, risk, and compliance strategies and solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to identify and assess risks and threats to our organization
• Collaborate with security and audit teams to ensure controls are operating in line with policies
• Monitor and report on risk and control environment to identify existing and emerging risks and issues
• Evaluate and document issues related to changes in the risk environment and risk priorities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of information security management, governance, and compliance principles, practices, laws, rules, and regulations
• Experience working in the technical financial services industry or other highly regulated industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes

Preferred Qualifications

• CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP certification
• Experience with security project management and planning
