We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Engineer to join our team at 2240 New System SRL, a leading company in the PCB tools manufacturing environment. As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of KLA Inkjet tools in customer facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Printing Tests and Development: Conduct printing tests on KLA inkjet equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Application Development and Support: Drive the development and support of new applications for inkjet printing in the electronic industry, including data preparation, printing recipes development, and machine setup.
- Recipe Creation and Configuration: Create recipes for regular machine usage in production, as well as customized recipes and configurations for specific customer cases.
- Material and Process Analysis: Study and analyze specific materials (inks, substrates, etc.) and processes (surface preparation, curing, etc.) for inkjet application.
- Lab Experiments and Troubleshooting: Conduct lab experiments and tests, analyze data, and provide technical reports. Troubleshoot problems in cooperation with other teams and develop solutions to meet customer requirements.
- BMTs and Customer Support: Perform printing tests for new customers on different materials and applications, and provide support to customers.
- Education: Bachelor's Level Degree in Physical Sciences (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry) or Engineering field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and ability to use CAM/CAD systems and graphic software, as well as data-analysis tools, Excel, MATLAB, or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: Background of working experience in PCB and/or semiconductor field is preferable.
- Language Skills: Fluent Italian and Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Learning ability, self-management, analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
