The role of an Economist at our company involves becoming an integral part of our team, helping clients understand how competition works in their industry. You will contribute to cases in various ways, working closely with senior staff to understand client issues, relate those issues to relevant economic theory, and support analysis with solid empirical evidence.

Economists typically join us after completing their Master's degree in economics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative client data to better understand competition in industries
  • Reviewing literature and contributing to discussions about theoretical and empirical approaches
  • Conducting empirical analysis using Excel and Stata
  • Drafting reports summarizing analysis
  • Participating in client meetings and conference calls

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in economics from a leading university, ideally with a focus on microeconomics, industrial organisation, and/or econometrics
  • Highly analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Stata and Excel skills desirable
  • Fluency in English

Salary: €65,000 per year.
