Job Summary:

Arrow ECS S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Junior Account Controller to join our team. As a Junior Account Controller, you will play a key role in supporting our financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Perform routine data extract requests from pre-existing queries.
  • Answer general customer questions on reporting and query tools.
  • Business Support

Requirements:

  • Around 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive way of working.
