About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at MICHAEL KORS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Jet Set Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead the store team to achieve personal and store goals through coaching and training.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Proactively manage client relationships and database to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure loss prevention and maintain a safe and secure store environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant retail experience with a fast-paced retailer.
  • Technology proficiency and knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude and maintain speed, energy, and optimism.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office.
