About the Role:
The Laundry Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our laundry operations. This includes the meticulous upkeep of all linens, dry cleaning of guest clothing and employee uniforms, and pressing and delivery of dry cleaning requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all laundry operations
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of dry cleaning requests
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a clean and organized laundry environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping, preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Italian is required
