Pomellato S.P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to join our dynamic HR team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of talent acquisition, people management, and HR administration for our Corporate, Operations, and Retail EMEA areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions;
  • Participate in university career days and events;
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into our company culture;
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with French or German considered a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
