Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned project manager with expertise in photovoltaic and energy storage systems to lead and manage project delivery and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of solar energy systems and energy storage technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery and Maintenance: Lead and manage project delivery and maintenance contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction, track feedback, and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality and client relationships.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in promoting service solutions, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for innovative service and business models that enhance profitability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative service models in response to industry trends.
- Compliance and Contract Management: Ensure all projects are compliant with recognized project management methodologies and support the PMO in contract expansions and service upgrades based on project outcomes.
- Education: A degree in Engineering Management or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing project delivery and maintenance within the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors.
- Technical Skills: Solid technical understanding of solar energy systems and energy storage technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
