Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at IBM Consulting. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the project control book, enter data, track issues and changes, produce status reports, and handle financial and procurement transactions.
  • Support general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution, and request for service.
  • Facilitate project meetings, take meeting minutes, develop presentations, and arrange training for project staff.
  • Participate in budget administration, provide analysis, keep records, and forecast financial performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree (Engineering or Economics preferred studies).
  • Advanced Italian proficiency (C2).
  • Intermediate level of English knowledge (B1/B2).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
