About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our DXL Platform. As a key member of our Digital Products Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with the development team to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the DXL Platform, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the product development team, including software engineers, designers, and QA engineers, and collaborate with the development team to make informed technical decisions.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical challenges related to user authentication, data integration, and platform efficiencies.
  • Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and features based on customer needs and market insights, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and engineering, to drive product success, fostering effective communication and ensuring everyone is aligned with the product goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that the DXL Platform meets high-quality standards, conducting testing and quality control checks as needed.
  • Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, using analytics and metrics to make data-driven decisions and guide product enhancements.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and training materials, providing training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs, Identity Management, Distributed Systems/Microservice Architecture.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Humble, collaborative, team player, willing to step up and support colleagues.
  • Knowledge of and experience in delivering software projects using lean/agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of and experience in product discovery, optimization, and delivery techniques, as well as the development process.
  • Fluent English.
