POSITION OBJECTIVE

The primary goal is to efficiently organize transport vehicles to ensure the timely delivery of goods, adhering to established service standards and the Group's operational procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the scheduling of transport vehicles to facilitate the delivery of goods across designated areas, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Regularly review and verify invoices from logistics suppliers, managing credit and debit notes as necessary.
  • Assist the Transport Office Supervisor in negotiations with logistics providers, following the strategic guidelines set by the Group Logistics Director.
  • Support the systematic evaluation of service quality provided by transporters, in collaboration with the Transport Office Supervisor.
  • Provide assistance to corporate departments regarding distribution logistics inquiries.
  • Ensure the proper management of relevant processes in alignment with Group policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the corporate environment.
  • Uphold the Corporate Principles and Values in all activities.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • A curious and proactive approach, with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with essential office software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Previous relevant experience is advantageous.
