Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Krones Italy in Garda. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling KIC products across the Italian market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase KIC product sales in Italy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to showcase KIC products and build brand awareness.
  • Provide regular feedback to the KIC team in Germany on customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage CRM opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. You should have a strong understanding of the Italian market and be fluent in both Italian and English.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce.
