Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our Investment Banking team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general secretarial tasks for the Head of the team and the team, including managing agendas, screening telephone calls, and ensuring documentation is ready and available on time.

Support the organization of meetings, conference calls with clients, and meetings attended by large audiences.

Assist in the organization of client events, management presentations, and other business-related events.

Perform administrative work on deals follow-up, supporting the team in sending required documents to banks or internal departments.

Provide general support with requests from other departments.

Coordinate webex facility/room bookings when necessary for all calls/meetings.

Organize business trips (flights, trains, hotel arrangements, logistics) and prepare travel expenses, ensuring the relevant policy is followed, for all team members.

Requirements

Fluent English, both written and oral form.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Contract Details

Fixed-term contract of 6-12 months.

Salary within the range of €40,000, depending on seniority.

Location: Milan city center.
