Job Purpose

Support the FP&A Team in analyzing acquired and logistics costs

The resource, inserted within the FP&A Function, will have the task of analyzing transactions related to the acquisition of finished products/raw materials/components and the costs incurred for logistics services (Inbound/Outbound/Warehousing).

The candidate must have the ability to synthesize the collected information and suggest improvements aimed at optimizing costs

Responsibilities

• Analyze documentary costs for logistics services (Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing) and prepare a specific reporting
• Support the Logistics Team
• Analyze the acquisition of finished products and raw materials from external suppliers and prepare a specific reporting
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted data
• Support the Purchasing Team
• Weekly/Monthly reporting on main KPIs
• Analyze warehouse inventory and related low-rotation codes
• Ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

Education and Knowledge:

• University degree in economics
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package (with advanced Excel)
• SAP knowledge will be a preferred title
