We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialist to join our HQ team based in Busseto:
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project control activities, ensuring seamless interface with other company functions and discipline leaders.
- This involves liaising with supervisors and managers to incorporate relevant information affecting project schedules.
- The specialist will prepare budget histograms, tables, curves, and resources logs as reference baselines for control during various project phases.
- A key responsibility is to ensure that project planning and scheduling requirements are properly communicated to those executing the work.
- The role entails issuing procedures for planning and scheduling, as well as progress measurement.
- The specialist will monitor progress measurement to guarantee its correct application and accurate information flow.
- Prompt revisions of control baselines will be made with all agreed changes.
- Maintaining updated schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating completion dates, and identifying project delays through effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared to scheduled baselines is essential.
- Significant events relevant to contractual claims and obligations will be recorded.
- Productivity reports and engineering deliverables production will be compiled.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports will be prepared for the Client.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Management Engineering is required.
Work Location: Busseto + abroad
