Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Rome. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reporting and communication between our Project Management department and our Headquarters in Korea.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, status updates, and presentations to HQ in Korea.
    • Translate project documents, reports, and communications from Italian to Korean and vice versa.
    • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Communication:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the local Project Management team in Italy and HQ in Korea.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the teams, addressing any language or cultural barriers.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
    • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Support Senior project managers in various tasks as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review project outputs to ensure they meet the quality standards required by HQ.
    • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in project reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in working in multicultural global teams, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
