As a Key Account Manager Food at Testo Spa, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and provide business-related support to key accounts in the food sector.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to address business-related problems.
- Establish and maintain trusting customer relationships, particularly at the C-level.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and present strategic account plans outlining short, medium, and long-term goals, including binding implementation plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable background.
- Several years of experience in key account management and project management.
- Sales experience in technical software/hardware solutions (software as a service) in the food industry, restaurant chains, and/or retail.
- Existing network of relationships in restaurant and supermarket chains is beneficial.
- Solid HACCP and process knowledge as well as knowledge regarding markets, competition, and standards.
- Analytical, structured, and result-oriented work approach.
- Confident personality with high communication skills on all hierarchy levels.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel.
