Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing retail store employees, providing guidance on HR matters, and supervising the impact of corporate reorganizations on our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage retail store employees, including hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes
  • Provide guidance and suggestions on HR matters to line management
  • Collect and analyze requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores
  • Supervise the impact of corporate reorganizations, mergers, or possible dismantling on our people
  • Monitor and control staff numbers and positions, making analysis and providing solutions for budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 4-6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or structured companies
  • Proven knowledge and hard skills in people management, including national collective bargaining employment contracts and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attitude towards people, creating relationships, and confident speaking skills
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms, particularly Workday
  • Strong methodologies for analyzing and assessing data and reports
