**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Purchasing Manager to join our global team based at our headquarters in Milan. As a key member of our Indirect Purchasing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and digital areas, fostering trust and facilitating team building with internal clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively onboard business functions in scope and manage sourcing initiatives, collecting and understanding purchasing needs and supporting the monitoring of spend during project execution.
  • Support the negotiation of frame agreements for recurring partners and rebates.
  • Assist in the contracting process.
  • Facilitate the procure to pay processes.

**Requirements**

  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement or marketing fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement tools (such as SAP, Oracle, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Coupa).
  • Fluent in English and Italian. French is a plus.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, especially with confidential information.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
