Bonatti is a leading international contractor with over 70 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Our team of experts provides a wide range of services, from engineering and construction to operation and maintenance of plants and pipelines.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Piping Engineer to join our team for a Power Plant Construction Project near Venice.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of construction methods and standards, as well as the ability to provide liaison and support for piping and mechanical construction activities.
  • They will be responsible for monitoring craft employees and sub-contractors' work and material for compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Under general supervision, the candidate will evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
  • They will assist the Superintendent by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures.
  • Additionally, they will provide technical and administrative direction to field layout and surveying personnel.
  • The candidate will review drawings and material status for upcoming work to identify potential problems.
  • They will also review prior to issuance of drawings/blueprints and other engineering documents and specifications to field forces.
  • Requirements include a degree in Engineering according to Discipline (Mechanical) and experience in Hydrotest, test packs preparation, execution of basic and detailed engineer in the Oil&Gas Upstream, Gas Treating and Power Plant.
